("Customer", "you", or "your"). This Agreement
sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the auto glass
repair and replacement services provided by Galaxy Auto Glass.
1. Services:
1.1 Galaxy Auto Glass offers
professional auto glass repair and replacement services for vehicles. 1.2
Services include but are not limited to windshield repair, windshield
replacement, side mirror replacement, and rear glass replacement. 1.3 All
services are performed by skilled technicians using high-quality materials and
industry-standard procedures.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
2.1 Appointments can be
scheduled via phone, website, or in person at our authorized service centers.
2.2 Appointment availability may vary depending on the location and workload.
2.3 We strive to accommodate your preferred appointment time; however, scheduling
is subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Payment:
3.1 Pricing for services will
be provided to you upon request or during the appointment scheduling process.
3.2 All prices are inclusive of taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated. 3.3
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged with Galaxy
Auto Glass. 3.4 We accept various forms of payment, including cash,

4. Warranty:
4.1 Galaxy Auto Glass provides a limited
warranty on all repair and replacement services. 4.2 Warranty coverage includes
defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period, typically outlined
in the warranty documentation provided to you. 4.3 Warranty claims must be
submitted in accordance with the terms outlined in the warranty documentation.
4.4 Warranty coverage may vary depending on the type of service performed and
the specific circumstances of the claim.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
5.1 You are responsible
for providing accurate information regarding your vehicle and the required
services. 5.2 You agree to make your vehicle accessible for the scheduled
appointment and to provide necessary keys or access codes if required. 5.3 It
is your responsibility to inspect the completed work and notify Galaxy Auto
Glass of any concerns or issues within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Liability:
6.1 While Galaxy Auto Glass takes every
precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our services, we shall not be
liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our
services. 6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold Galaxy Auto Glass harmless from
any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your
use of our services.
7. Amendments:
7.1 Galaxy Auto Glass reserves the
right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice. 7.2 Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective
